About our Classes
Our classes are based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. This Yoga is a flowing breath movement system which develops balance, strength and flexibility while impacting your body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome in all classes. Our motto is "do what you can do in the class" the most important part is that you show up, focus on your breath and try to do the best you can. Any effort at all will dramatically impact your health and vitality. We provide assistance and guidance for everyone at every class and are always ecstatic to serve you!

Mysore
This is an open class for anyone who knows the Ashtanga Primary Series routine or would like to learn one-on-one. Beginners schedule 30 minute appointments at 6:00 am or 7:30 am for one-on-one instruction.

Quick Hit
This is the perfect 1 hour class for beginners or any level student that wants to perfect breath and posture during a moderately paced class.

Yoga Sport
This 1 1/2 hour class is good for any student who has attended ten or more Mysore or Quick Hit classes or any student that wants to begin at an intermediate pace.

Challenge
This 1 1/2 hour class is good for any student who wants to challenge themselves. This class builds stamina and confidence for the student. Any student who wants a challenge is welcome in this fast paced class.
