Dee
Silvers has starred in 10 videos and several fitness
competitions.
She has taught and developed the slide routine throughout
the United States.
Dee
has found her path and is dedicated to sharing this path
with others through Yoga Sport. It is the workout to balance
your life. |

It
all probably started in the womb. Dee has been tossing,
turning, twisting and binding since birth.
There was no
picnic table or bench that she didn't flip off of. As a young
girl, Dee spent years in gymnastics, where a herniated disc
ended her career. |
Dee
continued her health pursuit during nursing school, where she
graduated with top honors.
Realizing that preventive medicine is the best approach for health,
Dee went full time into the fitness industry, developing and teaching
programs for nutrition, strength training, aerobic endurance and
athletic team conditioning. |
| Dee's
entire commitment was to try and find the best overall fitness
program that each and every person, no matter what age or
athletic ability could do. A program that a person could
grow with, getting continued results for the body, mind
and spirit |

| The search
finally led her to Ashtanga Yoga, of course after trying many other yoga's.
Dee has been accused of being the most thorough fitness
person alive.
Ashtanga Yoga not
only repaired the herniated disk she lived with since
her gymnastic days, but it also repaired other damage she
did to other areas of her body throughout the years. Dee has
had and repaired every injury an athlete could experience
and has repaired all of them through her Ashtanga Yoga
practice.
So... when she
speaks of the Ashtanga Yoga System working, she's not
kidding. Not only does it handle the body, but it also
handles the mind. When your body feels good, your mental
state follows. |
As
for the mind and spirit impact that Ashtanga Yoga has had on her,
Dee says that there are hardly any words to describe the countless
blessings that occur each day.
